Things are going… ok, I suppose. I’ll start with the bleh news. We hit a little snag with that beeeAutiful sideboard so it’s sadly not happening. Etsy shmetsy. Oh well, not meant to be. I’m sure another (less expensive) option will appear. God- can you hear me?
On a better note, we got Miss Mary Eaton back from the printer and she is stunning and large and well, now I want one. I even went as far as picking a frame for my yet to be purchased, just dreaming print of Mary. I wish I had taken a picture of the frame… but alas, this is not about me. All I can say it was Art Deco in style but a little 80’s black and gold action and would have complimented the beauty that is Mary Eaton and her crimped bob. Still dreaming about it. Again, not about me. Let me get back to the project at hand. Sorry, I get side tracked easily- especially by pretty things. Hazard of my job.
Things are coming along, but I can’t say I’m not nervous.
Still on the list of things to do/source:
sideboard (ugh)
chair (that doesn’t cost a trillion dollars)
accessories:
a gold large vase
column/plant stand
said plant for above stand (maybe a split leaf philodendron)
tray for missing sideboard
candlesticks
and other goodies TBD
I’m praying and hoping this all comes together to have it done and photographed. Fingers and toes crossed. Pray for me please, Buttercups. Thanks.
