Have you all been binge watching old episodes of Trading Spaces on TLC? You know the show where 2 neighbors trade spaces for 48 hours and only have $1,000 to make over each other’s spaces? I have several racked up on my DVR and can’t wait to catch up!
So when I was invited by Barbara Viteri of Designerlebrity to a Trading Spaces event, I jumped and immediately RSVP’d YES! The event was held at Showcase Kitchens this past weekend and let me tell you, it was one of the best design related events I had ever been to. Maybe I’m just a mom who needed a night out, but between the Rum Punch and the yummy food and being able to get gussied up, I had a blast. It was great to connect with people in the industry and of course meet Doug Wilson from the show! I even got to see Steve Fanuka, The Million Dollar Contractor, who I had met a couple of years back- what a doll.
