Hey hey guys. It’s an exciting day around here. It’s reveal day! First I want to thank Jewel again for hosting this fun Bathroom Primp and Pamper makeover. I feel truly honored to have been asked to do this among some really talented ladies. Have you seen Monica’s space!? Of course you have… isn’t that how you got here? 😉 Her space is just incredible!
Next is a thank you to our amazing sponsors who were so great to collaborate with. (More shoutouts to them on Instagram!)
Reveals are always so fun albeit a bit stressful. This was no different. I must admit, for a few hours or so, Friday night, I didn’t think I would be able to pull it all together. As of then, I had not totally finished the floors and a last minute paint change had me nervous. The cream colored wainscoting was killing me. It looked off and was the only thing I could think of all week. So Friday night I put the kids to bed super early and got to work on painting it to match the walls, the dark moody green. I only got to paint one coat when I ran out of paint. Since my husband wasn’t home, I could’t go out and get more! I was stuck having to finish it Saturday morning — before the photographer got there at 9:30. Luckily, the hubs is an early bird and went out and got me the rest of the paint and a much needed Venti Cappuccino from Starbucks. We finished the job together with about 5 minutes to spare–that’s with 2 shower curtain changes. I just couldn’t make up my damn mind.
Shall I remind ya’ll what it looked like before…?
And now

Mary! This is SOOOOOOO pretty! I can’t believe those floors are painted and I love that you painted the entire wall and ceiling green! I’m smitten! Truly!
Oh yeah! The last minute scramble is so real?!! hahaha! The room looks great and I love the paint color!
I love the simplicity of this bathroom and the mystique of it too. Great job love. BTW….the details are magnificent!
The floors came out amazing and the black and white with the deep wall color is amazing. Love it all!
